FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Specialist, this is a full-time position with negotiable pay rate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Researching and analyzing the market to bring new business opportunities;
  • Providing IT consulting to tech companies in Bay Area
  • Understanding the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly;
  • Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in long run;
  • Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries is one of the most important part of a business development executives job profile;
  • Thorough knowledge of business development right from lead sourcing to account management;
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal and company goals while working efficiently with other team members
  • Track record of developing new business and building solid client relationships

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferred MBA;
  • Qualification Requirements of a Business Development:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin and English;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
